What does B&G Capital do?
B&G Capital is an advisory company for buyers looking at property investment and citizenship in Türkiye, with a focus on clients from China. We explain the rules in English, Mandarin or Turkish, inspect projects before we recommend them, and coordinate the lawyers, valuers and banks involved until the title deed and the application are complete.
Is B&G Capital a law firm?
No. B&G Capital does not provide legal services. Legal work is done by licensed lawyers, either from our partner offices or a lawyer you choose, under a separate agreement with you. We handle the communication and the coordination.
How is B&G Capital paid?
Our terms are agreed with you in writing before any work begins. B&G may also receive a fee from developers for introducing buyers. It never decides which projects we recommend, and we tell you when it applies.
Do you inspect every project?
Yes. We visit and assess each project before we recommend it, and we say no when a project does not pass.
Can my family be included?
The application can include your spouse and your children under 18. Your lawyer confirms the details for your family.
Do I need to live in Türkiye?
There is no residence requirement. Some steps, such as giving biometrics, need you to be present in person.
